5. Refunds

Vanyam Naturals may not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Non-Delivery

We will work with the relevant delivery partner to determine the status of the shipment and take appropriate action.
10. Refunds for Unavailable Products
If an order has been accepted but a product subsequently becomes unavailable, Vanyam Naturals may cancel the affected item/order and issue an applicable refund.
